Though the year ended on a sad note for Magnum fans with the passing of Kex, I do wish everyone a happy new year and that 2008 is a good one.

Kex Gorin benefit concert & auction
MAGNUM will play a one off benefit gig for original drummer Kex Gorin who we have been informed has been admitted to hospital critically ill with cancer.
The gig will be at the Robin 2, Mount Pleasant, Bilston, Nr Wolverhampton on Monday December 10th where all profits will be forwarded to The Gorin family. There will also be a memorabilia auction with many ‘unique and collectible items’ up for grabs including full size prints of Rodney Mathew’s Magnum artwork signed by Rodney and all of the band. Along with many other desirable lots from various famous artists.
Again all proceeds will be forwarded to Kex’s family.
In the meantime we ask you, as Magnum supporters, that you support this important event and tell as many people as you can about it. The tickets will be priced at only £8.00 in advance and £10.00 on the night. Thanks for you continued support and see you all on the 10th December
We ask that you support this important one off event.

A new Chapter & Verse
Welcome to the latest incarnation of my website about the band Magnum. What originally started back in the mid 90s as a website is now going to become a blog. My original intent was to find other fans of the band since they are relatively unknown in the US. After that my plans were to have a full discography, history, news, et cetera but so many other fans have set up similar sites there is no use in duplicating effort. Also since I run the Magnum Fans group at Yahoo it is easy to get all the info I need there. But I know some people visit my original site so this will be the best way for me to keep the news updated and make my life easier. So keep the nite light burning!
